Our HOLD STRONG Fitness Elite Core Bags are the universal training device for simple strength workouts and, above all, highly flexible, functional training sessions. The load can be easily adapted to the training level and needs of the trainee, and the choice of exercises is practically unlimited. Exercises can be performed standing, lying down, kneeling or sitting, and partner exercises are also possible. The bags can be set in motion both with the arms and the feet. The variability is limitless and ranges from simple exercises to highly complex movement sequences.
The HOLD STRONG Core Bags look like drum-shaped bags and can be held and moved with handles attached to the side and top. They are available in five different weight classes from 5 to 25 kg. Their special feature is the interior, which is filled with part air, part sand. Due to gravity, the filling of the core bag shifts during movements and, depending on the amplitude and speed of the movement, generates a more or less large torque on the body. This constantly creates new impulses, to which the body must react to stay in balance. The result is highly functional training impulses with elements from stability, strength, balance, coordination, reaction, perception and anticipation.
With the Core Bags, also called Power Bags, everyone can train, from beginners to professionals. Sport-specific and even therapeutic applications are also possible. On the one hand, this is related to the choice of weights, but above all to the variability and adaptability to the performance and the objectives of the trainee. The bags are easy to transport, at least in the lower weight classes, and can be used practically anywhere, whether in the gym, sports hall, at home, work or even outside.
