HOLD STRONG Fitness GmbH is a project that originated in 2015 in Dortmund, Germany, with the ethos "To deliver the most functional and versatile equipment that doesn't yet exist, one must simply create it." The company first started with the production of high end pull up bars, and has recently taken the next step into the functional fitness market. The HOLD STRONG Fitness Performance Rack with power rack, cable pull station, wall bars, lat pulldown and lever arms is undoubtedly one of the highlights of our Elite Series. Training stations

The Fitness Performance Rack is one of our most versatile products. It is suitable for athletes from the sports of weight lifting, powerlifting, bodybuilding, gymnastics, martial arts and athletics.

Crossover cable pulley

The double-sided crossover cable allows diverse training of the entire body. Popular crossover exercises for the chest are the butterfly or chest press, and there are a multitude of movements for the shoulders, back, arms, legs and core. Each side of the cable pull can be used individually, and is height adjustable for the perfect angle for each exercise. Popular cable pull exercises include triceps pushdowns, donkey kicks, weighted crunches and unilateral lateral raises behind the back. The crossover cable can be combined with all commercially available handles for increased variety and even more effective training.

Wall bars

The wall bars are often used in rehabilitation after injuries, but also offer various training options for every level of performance. Examples include hanging leg raises, elevated pushups and advanced calisthenic movements like the human flag. The wall bars can also be integrated into a warm-up routine and used for various stretching exercises. By combining them with pull-up bands and sling trainers, there is even greater variety.

Power rack training

The power rack is at the heart of strength training. The HOLD STRONG Fitness Power Rack is suitable for all barbell exercises such as squats, bench press and shoulder press. It withstands heavy training weights effortlessly, for a training experience without compromises, even at the highest level. The J-cups included allow the dumbbell rack to be adjusted flexibly in just a few simple steps, depending on body size and exercise. A pull-up bar is integrated into the rack, on which a complete upper body workout can be carried out with your own body weight, e.g. pull-ups, muscle ups and toes to bar.

Lever arm training

Our HOLD STRONG Fitness Performance Rack comes with lever arms attached to the power rack. Lever arms can be used to perform pushing exercises such as chest press and shoulder press, as well as pulling exercises such as rowing. Training with lever arms is particularly popular among bodybuilders and athletes from sports in which explosive strength of the upper body is required, e.g. boxing, Thai boxing, MMA, American football and throwing disciplines. It offers the athlete numerous advantages:

Lat training

Lat pulldowns are a popular exercise for the broad back muscles (latissimus), especially among bodybuilders. If you don't have the strength to do a pull-up, you will find a great alternative here with a very similar movement pattern. Pull-downs can be done in the neck, chest, with one arm and with a narrow or wide grip. The HOLD STRONG fitness lat pulldown can be combined with all common cable pulls. The high-quality seat offers an adjustable leg rest, on which every athlete can find the perfect setting.

Storage system

The multi-part storage system offers various holders for speedropes, pull-up straps, weight plates (bumper plates, competition plates, fractional plates), kettlebells, hex dumbbells, medballs, training bags and core bags. The shelving system can be configured on request.
