Ranging from 45 to 90 degrees, the Inspire Fitness Hyper Extension Bench gives you versatility and comfort in one. Fully adjustable hip and leg pads maximise support for your body, so you stay put and your body stay safe. The bench provides a secure base and angle from which you can work out either the abs or lower back muscles. The Hyper Extension Bench is fully adjustable, easy to use, and has the unique option to adjust for different leg lengths with a twist and lock mechanism. The bench targets the abdominals, obliques and glutes, and is ideal for reverse sit ups, strengthening the upper and lower back.
