Comfortable on the skin but still robust

The adjustable kettlebell from aerobis is made of particularly durable polyvinyl chloride (PVC), the seams are welded, the stitching made extremely durable. One of the biggest advantages over the familiar kettlebells made of steel: our product has a soft outer layer, which is not only quite comfortable when in contact with your skin. It also prevents your floor from being scratched or dented by your fitness workout.

The aerobis Fitness Kettlebell also features a metal safety lock and has a reinforced, ergonomic, flexible grip sleeve. Our variable kettlebell features tremendous quality and the product was designed in Germany. It meets the very highest standards with dimensions that are even equivalent to an Olympic kettlebell (also known as a competition kettlebell)

Swing weight for total body workout

Many fitness novices often resort to adjustable dumbbells. In itself, this decision is fine, but our fitness kettlebell is often the better option. The main reason is that the center of gravity is different. With a dumbbell, it’s in the middle of the handle and therefore directly in your hand. With kettlebells, on the other hand, we find it in the middle of the ball – outside the hand. This results in completely different training possibilities. The kettlebell functions as a so-called swing weight and, with the right exercises, trains several muscle groups at the same time. The great benefit of these swing exercises is that you have to use a lot of strength to slow down the weight once it has been set in motion. This  all-rounder is also suitable for classic dumbbell exercises.
