Let’s get your space ready

Help us make your gym installation run smoothly by completing the form below. We just need a few details about your site, access and preferred dates to help our team plan ahead and arrive prepared.

Before you start

Please have the following ready where possible:

• Your quote or order number
• Photos of the installation area and the access route (optional)
• Details of any stairs, lifts, narrow doorways or parking restrictions

Please provide measurements in centimetres and lift weight limits in kilograms. If you’re unsure about anything, add a note in the additional information section so we can discuss it with you.

Upload photos of access and equipment location (optional)

Please upload clear photos of the installation area, entrance and unloading point. Include any access challenges, such as stairs, tight corners or narrow doorways—the more we can see beforehand, the better we can prepare.
