Equipment returns

If you wish to return any equipment, you should email info@cycfitness.co.uk within 10 working days of the date of the invoice, along with the invoice number and details of what you’d like to return. Unfortunately, we will not be able to take equipment back if:

Once we have received your email, we’ll let you know if we are able to take the equipment back, and how to send it to us. Unless the equipment is faulty or has been sent to you by mistake, we won’t be able to reimburse you for the cost of returning it to us.

After sales

If there is ever a problem with any of the equipment supplied by CYC Fitness, please email info@cycfitness.co.uk with a detailed description of the issue and photographs. A member of our team will handle your enquiry as quickly as possible.

Bespoke orders

If you order equipment that is branded or made especially for you, we will request a 25-50% deposit before processing your order.

Installation

If we are scheduled to install equipment for you, it is your responsibility to make sure that the relevant area is completely ready for safe installation, and that all building work/preparation is finished by the time our engineers arrive on site.

We realise that building work can over-run, and we’ll be as flexible as we can if this happens, however we will require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to delay an agreed install date. If this delay results in the incurrence of unavoidable costs for us, e.g. storage or forklift hire, we reserve the right to invoice for those costs.

If our engineers arrive on site and are unable to safely carry out the installation, we will have to charge you for this. These charges will cover, amongst others, manpower, transport, accommodation and equipment storage costs.

On completion, we request that you inspect the work done, and satisfy yourself that it is to an acceptable standard. Any concerns you have should be raised with our engineers whilst they are on site. We require you to formally sign off and accept our work at this point.

Faulty Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. But this right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (this could be the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to you - whichever is later).

After 30 days you are not entitled to a full refund, but still have the right to a repair or replacement product.
