The Poseidon Plate Loaded Seated Incline Chest Press is designed to build a stronger, more symmetrical upper body through independent arm movement and adjustable pressing angles. Its unilateral pressing arms allow each side to work independently, helping to correct strength imbalances while promoting balanced muscle development.

The fully adjustable seat allows users to achieve the ideal pressing position, while the adjustable bench transitions between incline and decline angles for greater training variety. Train on an incline to place greater emphasis on the upper chest and shoulders, or switch to a decline position to achieve a deeper stretch and increased chest activation.
