AbSolo®
The AbSolo® puts the "FUN" in FUNctional! It is a unique and engaging abdominal exercise machine that allows users to work their entire core with a patented ball return design. The AbSolo® features 3 “touch targets” for more training variety, and an innovative air-filled bumper seat for an effective and unique core workout. The combination of crunch movements and interaction of tossing a medicine ball strengthens and conditions the abdominal, oblique and lower back muscles, tones the entire upper body including shoulders and chest, and offers fat-burning cardiovascular benefits. Total abdominal muscular development is enhanced due to a full range of motion. Exercisers establish a controlled crunch movement by throwing the AbSolo® medicine balls against a target, either ball catch or bounce board, then retrieve and repeat. Training can be as challenging as desired by using heavier AbSolo® medicine balls, increasing pace, modifying upper body movements and increasing the number of repetitions.
AbSolo® training addresses the mid-section, the area where most people want to enhance. Throwing and retrieving the the medicine balls stabilises the core and improves torso and back strength, improving everyday functional movement and helping to reduce injuries that arise from weak core muscles. Medicine ball training increases strength and hand-eye coordination by simulating sport-specific functions, like baseball, tennis and golf swings. The fun, interactive AbSolo® training movement allows exercisers to set their own pace and increase motivation, resulting in an adrenal rush of satisfaction and accomplishment towards their personal goals.
Vertical Crunch™
Crunches have been the mainstay of ab workouts for decades, and can be part of core strength training or a total body workout. They target the rectus abdominus “six-pack” muscle that runs along the front of the torso. The Vertical Crunch™ is a complete core training machine in a space-saving design. The linkage system allows beginners to sit and perform an effective crunch motion. Advanced users can add plate loaded resistance for a progressive workout.
Building the rectus abdominus develops the core muscles for stability and performance. A strong back and abs are the foundation of all your daily movements, as well as performance in sports. If you build your rectus abdominus and have sufficiently low body fat, you will see the six-pack abs that many people desire. The Vertical Crunch™ is designed with a free-swivel seat to allow the user to seamlessly shift to oblique training for a complete workout.
AbCoaster® CS3000
The AbCoaster® CS3000 is the fully commercial flagship product of the AbCoaster® product line. It features new, upgraded stainless steel rails, for an ultra-smooth ride, and urethane pads for increased durability and wear resistance. The AbCoaster® CS3000 has adjustable hand grips, a free-style motion seat and a weight storage horn at the front of the machine. It is perfect for high-volume commercial fitness centres, athletic training facilities and the home.
Unlike traditional crunches, the AbCoaster works your abs from the bottom up, whilst limiting stress to the neck, back and shoulders. The AbCoaster® CS3000 combines the simplicity of the ab crunch with the effectiveness of the hanging leg raise. The curved track mimics natural spinal flexion, allowing anyone to perform an abdominal lift in perfect form, regardless of fitness level. The AbCoaster® CS3000 promotes core stabilisation, whilst exercising the abdominals through a full range of motion. The ergonomic carriage places you in a comfortable kneeling position, isolating the abdominal region, and virtually eliminating any hip flexor involvement.

AbsBench X3™
The all new AbsBench™ X3 is the most effective and versatile AbsBench™ ever made. Its dual pivot design makes for 3 benches in one, allowing for the top part to be raised to isolate the upper abdominals, and the bottom part contracted to target the hard-to-reach lower abs. New construction allows for easier assembly, lower starting weight, and a sturdier bench. The AbsBench™ X3 is the only commercial-quality abdominal bench that works both the upper and lower abs simultaneously. Integrated weight horns on the upper and lower parts of the machine allow for progressive exercise and increased intensity, with a training range of 12-52 lbs on the top and 13-53 lbs on the bottom. Users can add to and vary resistance for the forward- and reverse-crunch movements for a more challenging workout.
