The patented Tyre Flip 180 machine is the ingenious functional training brainchild of The Abs Company. It features a half tractor tyre mounted on a 180-degree rotating pivot for individual, paired and small group exercise. Tyre training offers a dynamic experience that taxes both the muscles and aerobic system. It’s one of the most physically demanding strength and conditioning workouts, and adds a new dimension to any fitness conditioning programme, regardless of age, gender or athletic ability.

The Tire Flip 180 provides all the benefits and variety of tyre training in one safe, space-saving design. For flipping, plyometric jumps, step-ups, push ups and heavy rope training, it is the perfect solution. The TireFlip 180® eliminates all the safety, hygiene and sound issues that have accompanied tyre flipping, and its innovative design has been embraced worldwide. The new step-in frame makes for a more natural flipping motion, and now has an area within the tyre for inventive storage of weight plates.

The TireFlip 180® comes in two sizes; the standard TireFlip 180® and the heavier TireFlip 180XL. It requires only 20 square feet of dedicated floor space to give your clients an exciting and effective workout. Each model allows you to add free weight resistance to provide a broader training range, and guarantee ab challenge for all users.

A starting resistance of 45kg, and an additional 15kg of free weight, make the TireFlip 180® perfect for beginners. The XL starts at 70kg and can house an extra 35kg. The tyre's dual anchor points transform it into the perfect group training device for use with the Battle Rope ST®, and floor mounts keep the tyre stable and secure. With savings on space, cost and the mess that outdoor tyres bring, coaches and members alike ‘flip’ for the TireFlip 180®.
