Description

The aerobis Fitness Harness is a lightweight, high-strength solution for fitness training that involves pushing and pulling resistances. The aerobis Fitness Harness can be carried with its opening facing forward or backwards so that you can also pull resistances. The Fitness Harness is the perfect companion for the aerobis Kinetic Trainer, and extends in such a way that eccentric squats can be performed with it. 

The aerobis Kinetic Trainer has to be mounted low so you can position yourself almost on top of the Trainer. Then, the strap of the aerobis Kinetic Trainer goes into the buckle of the Fitness Harness, with adjustment of the strap length so that you can stand almost straight on the apex of the squat movement (right between push and pull when the strap is fully unrolled). Any excess strap must be secured so that it does not get entangled in the mechanism.
