Our Self-Locking Roller Mount offers a solution. This rolling punch bag mount is designed to work with both the straight Roller Mount Track and the Curved Roller Mount Track and allows you be able to move your punching bags from the ground with high ceilings. No more need for ladders!
The self-locking mechanism is released by pulling on the doubled-braided rope handle allowing it to roll along the track until you reach one of the suitable lock-in points that are evenly spaced along its length. The rope handles are provide in different lengths to match your ceiling height.
