Engineered to provide a full range of motion, it effectively isolates and develops the glutes, hamstrings, and quadriceps. This unique machine allows users to squat to a greater depth than unsupported squats, ensuring full muscle engagement while maintaining an ergonomic and safe squatting motion.

The angled footplate enables users to safely handle maximum weight with reduced stress on the lower back. The design also allows for comfortable use as either a single-leg or dual-leg leverage squat.
