The Impulse Vertical Hip Thrust machine has been designed to help users build strength and power in their hips. Incorporating this type of training into a regular strength and conditioning program is a great way of increasing lower body power and developing underused muscle groups.

This hip thrust glute training machine keeps users securely locked in with the pin locking knee pad and can be adjusted to their required setting making it comfortable to use. This allows users to create the perfect angle for their hip thrust, while the non-slip footplate provides maximum grip during workouts.

This makes it perfect for a range of glute exercises, power work and hip extensions while the compact footprint makes it a great space saving solution suitable for home or personal training facilities. Weight plates can be added to desired user level to increase resistance and can easily be added or removed as required.
