Fight City Gym, Elephant Park
Fight City Gym opened their newest location in Elephant Park in January 2022. The team already owns two successful sites at Balham and Moorgate, and are committed to heightening Elephant and Castle’s sense of fitness and fun through their third location. Featuring cardio and strength training equipment, an 18ft boxing ring, functional training space and a chill out area, Fight City Gym has everything you need to train like a pro – or become one.
The Brief:
Working with director Mani Johal, the brief was to expand on the last club opening in Balham to help create a vibrant new strength and conditioning studio in Elephant Park. The focus was to create and modern and innovative gym including bespoke branding/colours to replicate the community feel.
The Result:
Clever optimisation of space and thrilling training options have shaped a magnificent gym. We selected the finest gym flooring and equipment including Spirit Fitness 800 cardio equipment, Concept2 rowers, SkiErg’s and bikes. Strength equipment from Impulse Fitness, Escape Fitness and Exigo. We also supplied the very latest free weights from HOLD STRONG including bars, weight plates and accessories. To compliment the combat training area we also designed and manufactured a bespoke boxing bag frame including a run of monkey bars and functional training attachments. CYC Fitness are delighted to have been part of all 3 gym opening’s and wish all the FC team the very best of luck at Elephant Park.
