Sold in sets of four 5lb (2.3kg) and four 10lb (4.5kg) weights, they are ideal for use with The Abs Company AbCoasters CS1500, CS3000, CTL, BootyCoaster™, TireFlip180, TireFlip180 XL and Vertical Crunch. Increase the range of the TireFlip180®, for example, from 100lbs to 160lbs with the purchase of a 4 pack of 5lb weights and 4 pack of 10lb weights.
