A full-body functional trainer that brings club quality strength training into the home. Its foldaway design fits in a corner for a smaller footprint than systems with far fewer exercise options.

The optional FFIB F9 Adjustable Bench docks securely for correct exercise alignment, and also perfectly complements and completes the machine, opening up many new exercise options. When not in use, just stand it on end and close the doors to fully store it away in the 3X3 enclosure.
