The 6 Stations of the Watson Multi-Gym are made up from 5 independent weight stacks and a pull-up/chin bar are as follows:
- 2 x 100Kg Stack Adjustable Pulleys (central cable crossover)
- 1 x 120Kg Stack Mid-Row pulley (left handside)
- 1 x 120Kg Stack lat pull down machine (right handside)
- 1 x 100Kg High/Low Adjustable Pulley Station (far side
- 1 x Multi-Position chinning bar fitted to crossbeam.
