Home Gym Installation Featuring Inspire Fitness & Body Dynamic Equipment

We recently completed another home gym installation, supplying a carefully selected range of high-quality strength and cardio equipment to create a complete training space within the client’s home.

For this project, we installed the Body Dynamic All-In-One Functional Trainer, a versatile strength machine designed to support a wide range of exercises. With its multiple cable stations and compact design, the functional trainer allows users to perform full-body workouts while maximising space efficiency.

To complement the strength equipment, we supplied an Inspire Fitness CB1 Air Bike, providing an intense and effective cardio solution ideal for conditioning workouts and interval training.

The gym also features an Inspire Fitness treadmill, delivering smooth performance for running, walking, and endurance training. Known for their build quality and reliability, Inspire Fitness machines are a popular choice for both home and commercial gym environments.

To complete the setup, we installed a VKR Crunch Tower, allowing the client to perform a variety of core, dip, and bodyweight exercises, adding even more versatility to the space.

The result is a compact yet fully equipped home gym that provides everything needed for strength training, conditioning, and cardio workouts in one convenient space.
