10m x 2m Performance Turf Track

Description

The Forge Strength® Track is purpose-built to replicate true HYROX competition standards, providing athletes with the most authentic training experience possible. Measuring 10 meters in length and 2 meters in width.

Designed for performance and safety, the track includes full 80mm white lane markings to ensure athletes maintain straight, controlled paths during sled pushes and other movement-based exercises.

Constructed from the most durable gym turf available, the track features a high-density, low-pile, non-directional surface that resists wear and tear—even after years of continuous use. This makes it an exceptional long-term investment for any training facility.

Elevate your space with a track that helps your athletes train exactly as they compete. The Forge 10m x 2m turf track delivers unmatched quality, durability, and performance.

Product features

• Thickness: 15mm
The turf features a 15mm total thickness, offering the ideal balance between firmness and comfort. This low-profile design ensures smooth sled movement while providing sufficient cushioning for repetitive high-intensity training.

• Composition: PE, PP, NET + SBR
Manufactured using a premium blend of Polyethylene (PE) and Polypropylene (PP) fibres, supported by a NET + SBR backing system. This combination enhances durability, stability, and resilience, ensuring the track retains its structure even under extreme training loads.

• 300 Stitches per Meter
With a dense stitching rate of 300 stitches per linear meter, the turf delivers exceptional consistency and uniformity. This construction contributes to the surface’s long-lasting performance and resistance to fibre separation.

• 31,500 Tufts per Square Meter
The high tuft density ensures a firm, compact surface ideal for sled pushes and sprints. This level of density also improves wear resistance, maintaining the track's professional appearance over time.

• 8500 Dtex Yarn
Made using 8500 Dtex yarn, the fibres are strong, highly durable, and capable of withstanding heavy daily use without matting or premature degradation.

• Length: 16.1m
Precisely measured to align with HYROX-inspired training layouts, including designated start and finish sections, ensuring athletes can replicate competitive movement patterns.

• Width: 2m
The 2-meter width provides ample room for sled work, running drills, and high-intensity training while fitting comfortably within most commercial gym spaces.
