This Forge Strength® Plate Loaded 2.0 ISO Chest Press features a spring-assisted seat with 9 positions and an adjustable back pad with 7 positions to allow safe and effective pressing for users of various size. Dual band pegs for resistance bands offer dynamic resistance options, ideal for different training techniques such as progressive overload or explosive strength work. Independent arms also promote balanced strength development and ensure a natural path of movement that mimics free-weight training with added control.
