To create a versatile and high-performance training space, we installed X-Connect 20mm light grey flooring with ramp edges, providing a sleek and impact-resistant foundation for all forms of training. The gym was equipped with Olympic rubber grip discs, hex bars, and a range of cable attachments, giving users everything they need for effective strength work. We added a power sled and 10m Trackz Essential turf to support conditioning and movement-based drills, along with a weight plate tree to keep the area organised. The space was further enhanced with Spirit Fitness Half Human curved treadmills for natural, self-powered cardio sessions, and a selection of functional power bags to round out the gym’s functional training capabilities.

Working closely with the school, we supplied and installed a full range of premium equipment and flooring solutions designed to enhance both functionality and aesthetics. The finished gym is a modern, durable, and motivating space for students and staff to enjoy.
This has been a fantastic project to be part of. From planning to installation, working with Ysgol y Creuddyn and Fit Conwy has been a pleasure. The finished gym looks incredible—clean, modern, and built to inspire every user who walks through the door.
