The Inspire Fitness Leg Lock attachment works with the FT2 Functional Trainer and Inspire Fitness SCS/FID Benches. Attaching to the end of the bench, it can be used as place to put your feet for a variety of exercises that require the added stability. It can also be attached to the FT2 base unit to achieve low rows when using the lower pulleys.
