The Inspire Abdominal Bar attaches to any upper pulley cable, allowing you to work the abdominal muscles with added resistance from the weights. It offers 4 different concentrated abdominal exercises and has contoured upholstered pads with closed cell foam for comfort and resistance to moisture.
