Starting with a base weight of 100 lbs, the TireFlip 180® allows you to increase the resistance by adding up to 60 lbs using the included weight plates, giving you a total weight range of 100-160 lbs. Whether you’re flipping tires, performing squats, deadlifts, or power movements, this system ensures a challenging and effective workout every time.
