The specially designed Pro Series Plate Loaded Seated Calf Raise allows the user to train their Gastrocnemius and Soleus muscles through a plantar flexion movement. With a very small footprint this effective calf raise takes up little floor space. The knee pad is height adjustable to suit the heights of different users. With a weight loading capacity of 100kg this compact seated calf raise is perfect for most gyms and PT studios.
