Resistance
The Sprinter cable can stretch from 2.5 to 6.5 metres, allowing you to perform unlimited drills and sport specific movements. The further you go, the harder the cable will pull you back. Resistance increases from 7kg to 22kg when the cable is fully stretched.
How does it work?
Drills with the YOUNIX® Sprinter 360 can be performed inside within a small space, or out on the a field. Using it will add extra resistance to speed and agility drills like skipping, sideways shuffles, sprints, hoops, back-pedals and crawls, which will improve your clients ability to accelerate and decelerate with control. This will not only lead to peak performance, but will also teach clients to execute controlled movements, decreasing the risk of injury.
