Design & Shape

We carefully chose the special material – Black Nylon 1000D – that doesn’t absorb sweat or dirt and it won’t rip the skin off your hands. We reinforced this extremely durable material with double stitched seams and a heavy-duty zipper to make sure it will withstand the toughest workouts.

Handles

We added 7 handles that are strategically positioned to best fit the natural biomechanics of human movement. Two are specially designed to develop grip strength. This allows you to train more effective while preventing injuries and discomfort that will guarantee your clients a comfortable and safe workout.

Gravel or sand

Unlike typical performance equipment, the sandbag weight moves differently every time you pick it up. The shifting nature of the weight inside (gravel or sand) makes the workout more challenging by additionally engaging your stabilizers.

Ultimate solution

You can fill the sandbag heavy and go for low reps to build strength. You can remove one filler and go with lighter weight, more reps and higher intensity to improve conditioning. You can use it to develop core strength and improve the deeper stabilizers of your joints. All with one tool.

Three filers

This sandbag is extremely adjustable. It comes with three fillers, each with up to 15kg load capacity, so you can easily adjust the weight depending on your fitness level and goal.

300+ exercises

By adding 7 handles and 3 leak-proof fillers to our Sandbag Pro we immediately extended the list of exercises to more than 300. From injured clients to athletes and military personnel, there is always a place for sandbag training in their program.
